Awesome house, but be aware of distance parking and hot weather conditions
Great experience overall 👌. Very pretty house, a lot of history in it and in the city in general. Quite, peaceful atmosphere where you feel like at home. Stunning views from the city and that stay we will definitely remember 💙
You have to park outside the city gate and the road to the house is made with stones, so you'd have to carry all the luggage in your hands (you can not use wheels at all if you do not want to break your suitcases). Also, bedrooms are located on the third floor where there are no conditioning, so the temperature there is pretty much the same as it is outside. We have stayed while it was 34-36 C, so it was very challenging to sleep there. In my opinion the price was a bit overpriced for those night conditions.

Sve nam se svidjelo! Predivna lokacija u srcu Groznjana. Svaki put u Grožnjan biramo isti smještaj. Posebno smo bili zadovoljni lokacijom smještaja i čistoćom objekta. Izvanredno. Blizina odličnog restorana Mama Maria i Truba Jazz bara.

Everything exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully designed, full of character, and perfectly clean. The location in Grožnjan is peaceful and charming, and the atmosphere feels very special. We especially loved the authentic stone details and the overall coziness of the space.
Honestly, nothing – everything was excellent.
