Las vistas desde el apartamento son preciosas. Tenía plaza de pàrquing y está cerca de los puntos de interés.
Al apartamento le falta una actualitzación en general, cocina sin reformar, baño sin reformar, sin lavaplatos, todo antiguo y las tapicerias con olor a rancio. Es un tercer piso sin ascensor.
