    Ruim huis met potentieel dat onderhoud nodig heeft maar wel prachtig gelegen is.

    ligging. ruime woning met potentieel, grote tuin

    het huis wordt niet echt goed meer onderhouden. alles is verouderd, voorbij het stadium van 'het heeft karakter'. kranen in keuken en wc staan los, wat gevaarlijk is met heet water, naast het feit dat het onhandig is en gewoon beneden peil. in de keuken mankeren plinten aan de kasten en de vloer is gewoon vuil. De koffiezetmachine werkt niet, de schakelaar ligt los in het toestel... De tuin is niet afgemaakt ivm kinderen / honden. Dat wisten we +/- op voorhand.
