    The host was incredibly unwelcoming and looked for ways to exploit and profit from tourists trapped in a difficult situation. We booked an apartment that advertised a pool, only to find out the pool actually belongs to a hotel located 2 km away. When we asked for a refund, the host refused, claiming that only Booking.com could authorize it.We wasted an entire day waiting for her to "resolve" the situation, only to realize she wasn't trying to help us at all. Instead, she offered to let us come on the last day of our vacation and promised a refund only if we left her a 10/10 review. In the end, we contacted Booking.com ourselves, and they helped us cancel the reservation. This is the worst host I have ever encountered. Avoid this place!
