Posizione comodissima in pieno centro .

Niente!

Disappointing and not ready for people to stay

  Excellent location

Lock is loose and occasionally difficult to open when trying to leave. This is a safety issue in case of fire Light in kitchen faulty and either doesn’t work or blinks constantly making it uncomfortable to stay there Kitchen fan does not work and we have told management this with no solution to fix. Hot water heater had to be reset twice Mattress thin and not comfortable in living room and upstairs area Upon entering, we saw that the stove was broken, wrapped in black tape in a attempt to make it work so clearly known about and not properly fixed…on opening the door fell off. We alerted them and there was nothing done to resolve any of the problems for the entire five days we were here. We asked for a little toaster but no response to fix. We also asked for a pan, but never received one. The only one here is Teflon and so scratched up that it is shedding Teflon flakes, which is hazardous. There are not three bedrooms. A bedroom is a room with a bed and a door. There are two bedrooms one has a decent size bed and one has a little single bed. The other bed is located in the living room with no door and a tiny single bed in upstairs with no door. The living room had a leak from the roof and it dripped water on the bed. We discussed this with you and you replied with no solution to fix. The building has so many problems with power outages and hot water outages that the instructions on how to fix these issues are in the welcome packet. Each outage happened twice during our stay. There are three different construction projects going on within a block radius of the apartment. They once started work at 4 AM. This should be noted on the description of the apartment. The Jacuzzi does not work and the bidets do not work This unit is really not ready for rental. It should be repaired/items replaced prior to renting again.
