Silvia, the host, is wonderful. Very friendly and helpful and easy access. Answered very quickly. Location is excellent and close to whatever you need. Close enough to bridges to other side but far enough from the tourist crowds and noise.
The loft stairs a bit precarious. You do get used to it. The ceiling upstairs low but I am a shorter person and it was ok.

Wonderful 2-night stay!
This place is beautiful and so comfortable, we felt right at home. It’s secure and located in a great area with everything conveniently nearby. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and superb host!
One of the friendliest hosts we have met. Silvia met us upon arrival, explained everything about the property well, and gave us tips on what to do in Florence. She was readily available for anything we needed. She made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. Her apartment was spacious and had everything we needed. And the location of the apartment is excellent, we were able to walk and see everything we needed to see very easily without having to rely on a car or transportation.
The steps to the nook are a bit narrow, but after going up and down a few times it is easy to use. Also, if you are tall, just be careful to not bump your head. I bumped my head a few times but that was my fault, not an issue with the property.
