The place was very nice. The beach was about a 10‑minute walk away and was spacious and calm, perfect for relaxing. The location was pleasant and quiet and clean. The room was also clean, bright, and spacious. I appreciated that the room had a coffee machine and coffee available, which was a nice touch. We also appreciated having a washing machine.
The comfort in the room was not ideal. In one of the rooms, the air conditioning didn’t work, and they offered to fix it only on the last day of our stay. In the bedroom, there was a small window directly opposite the bed without a curtain...not ideal for sleep. The bed had a broken slatted frame, and the shower was already very worn out. The kitchen had a large amount of equipment, but not everything was in good condition — for example the pans was completely scratched. Other rooms might have better equipment and not suffer from these issues.

Die Lage
Die Wohnung war total verdreckt. Schwarzer dicker Schimmel im Bad. die Tür war unten schon so stark durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen das sie nicht mehr richtig geschlossen werden konnte. Der Backofen war unbenutzbar da er durch Schmutz und Dreck stark gequalmt hat. Microwelle und auch die Küche sowie alle Schubladen in der ganzen Wohnung wurden schon sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt und waren voller Dreck und Krümmel. Zudem hat da wohl ein weißer Hund gewohnt denn die ganze Wohnung war voller Hundehaare. Wir mussten erstmal alle Decken und das Bettzeug waschen. Hilfe von Booking.com haben wir nicht erhalten. Trotz mehrere Anfragen gab es keinerlei Reaktion. Traurig. Bin total enttäuscht das man auf so einer Seite wie hier keinerlei Hilfe erfährt.

Difficoltà ad arrivare (per via di google maps ) ma il soggiorno che cercavo
Vicinanza al paese e tranquillità e rispetto dei condomini
Non so se solamente per chi arriva dall'Italia ma l'indirizzo su google maps lo da in centro a Malaga, luogo in cui volevamo pernottare. Abbiamo scoperto il vero indirizzo della casa solo arrivati in centro a Malaga. Credo sia da segnalare così da evitare altre esperienze del genere .
