Acomodação linda e localização central.
Localização excelente, acomodação maravilhosa no estilo colonial mexicano, um verdadeiro ponto turístico. Roupas de cama e banho limpas e confortáveis. Pessoas tocando piano no salão o dia todo de forma mágica.

Everything. Loud, old, not well maintained, no one helos with the luggage to go up all the stairs, the food was not good and the entire staff weired. This is not a five star hotel.

A beautiful property in an excellent location. The hotel has a lot of character, and the design and historic atmosphere make the experience very special. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely return.
The main opportunity for improvement would be the professionalism and consistency of the staff. At times, the service felt a bit too informal, and there was limited guidance regarding the hotel’s services, amenities, and offerings, which could leave guests feeling somewhat lost. A more structured welcome and clearer communication would elevate the overall experience considerably.
