    Beautiful El Cotillo there is no better

    Location

    We have been twice before, the interior and exterior are tired, it needs a refurbishment.

    La casa es estupenda, el sitio y las vistas maravillosas, muy cómodo y bonito

    La terraza no tenía el toldo y de los 4 estores grandes del salón, 1 no funcionaba y otro nos lo encontramos en el suelo roto,con lo cual entraba todo el sol al salón,. La terraza estaba muy descuidada en cuanto a limpieza se refiere

    Fantastic family stay in this spacious apartment

    Everything ! The apartment is huge with 3 big bedrooms each with their own bathroom . And the enormous balcony is absolutely fantastic with fabulous views along the coast. The beds are comfortable and kitchen has all you might need. The supermarket is just 3mins walk and the bakery similar . El Cotillo harbour and restaurants are 5minutes away and it’s just 15mins walk to La Concha beach. We’ve stayed in lots of apartments over the years and the family voted this the best of the lot.

    Nothing To note we found the washing machine on the last day .. it’s upstairs off the second terrace

    We have been travelling to El Cotillo for 15 years and this is the best apartment we have stayed in.

    The apartment description was very accurance and the location top notch.

    Just a minor item but some of the shading material is missing from the pergola on the main terrace.

    Apartment was excellent views 👌

    Just a v small thing just when coming from the beach just someplace to wash the your feet before entering the apartment (I'm really trying to find something here)
