I would come come back
Just a suggestion, since the floor is concrete maybe you can add a rug on floors for comfort and so our feet won't pick up the debris on the floor.

The property was well maintained and had security pad lock to access the rooms. Felt very safe and comfortable. Pedro the host was very responsive and helpful with not only the stay but directions to catch the Colectivo to Puerto Morelos which was my next destination. This room is air conditioned has a tv and practical for the solo or couple to have an affordable stay. Easy to get to the popular 5th/10th avenue and other areas of Playa Del Carmen. Pedro introduced himself the next morning and showed me the kitchen area as well as let me know how to use the kitchen for cooking. He was very communicative and helpful the whole time.
The address was not correct when first looking for the property due to the app but Pedro provided his WhatsApp to help guide me to the room and make sure I made it.
