The heated pool was part of the description and inclusion in the price of the daily rate yet they decided to refer us to their main page as a vendor rather than the page we booked from which included the heated pool noting that the pool heating service is a seperate fee to be paid in order for them to come and heat the pool. It was a disappointment and the way they dealt with their misleading information is even more disappointing so would be dealing with the same service provider again.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa is spacious, very clean, and exactly as described, with a private heated pool that made our trip extra special. The location on Tawila Island is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway, and near from all gouna chilling spots. A very big thank you to our host, Abanoub, who was extremely welcoming, helpful, and always available for any questions we had. He made our check-in and stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to coming back again!
