    Excellent budget base for a family.

    We had a great stay in this safe and quiet neighborhood of La Spezia. There is a free car park close by and shops, cafes, restaurants etc in walking distance. The flat was perfect for us as a family of 4- 2 bedrooms (a double and twin) with comfy beds, two toilets, shower, two living rooms, and outside terrace and diner/kitchen. We appreciated how it was set up with coffee, washing machine, lots of kitchen items, extra bedding etc. Chiara was a great host too.

    It is not a modern, luxury place but it’s clean, well equipped and good value for money.
