Geräumige Wohnung mit guter Verkehrsanbindung. Praktische Ausstattung. sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Gerne wieder.
Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz, ist sauber und hat alle notwendigen Dinge, die man im täglichen Leben braucht. Sie ist nicht ultra-modern, aber sehr kreativ und praktisch ausgestattet. Wir wurden persönlich, sehr freundlich und herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und über die Eigenheiten der Wohnung und zur Umgebung informiert. Das ist sehr hilfreich, wenn man wie wir eine lange Fahrt hinter sich hat. Die Lage ist gut, es gibt freie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Dort stehen auch immer e-bikes zum mieten und die Bushaltestelle ist nur 5min entfernt.
Wer auf Ikea-Design oder vollklimatisierte Räume steht, wird bei der Wohnung enttäuscht werden. Aber es geht auch ohne..

Dům měl své kouzlo. Paní majitelka byla velmi laskavý člověk. V blízkosti 2 dobré restaurace. I přes své nedostatky bylo ubytování velmi osobité a útulné. Rozhodně nelitujeme
Nebyla AC, postel méně pohodlná, koupelna potřebuje investici. Není vhodné v letních měsících pro malé děti a domácí mazlíčky. Poměrně daleko od centra.

Warm and lovely apartment with a unique, cozy feel
Very cozy place, it offering genuine charm that helps us experience Florence in the best way.
The apartment sits on the top floor, so if you travel during a heat wave, expect elevated temperatures. It is worth noting that the host provided about five or six fans, which proved quite helpful.

Authentic Italian home with easy access to central Florence
Bus stop to get us to central Florence was a 5-minute walk from the house - very easy! And the bus ride was typically about 15-20 minutes to get to "Liberta." From that stop, we walked everywhere (Il Duomo, Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, etc.) The big windows throughout the house were wonderful for letting in cool breezes, any time of day. We also appreciated the many electric fans available in every room. The kitchen was fully equipped so we made some great meals at home. The furniture and beds were comfortable (I have back problems so I am very sensitive to bedding) and it was also really helpful to have a washing machine. The owner and her husband were very kind and thoughtful and responsive. Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to feel like they have their own "home" in Florence.
The bathroom was clean but a bit rustic.
