    Good

La casa dei Poeti it has a good location, restaurants and markets in the proximity. The place has everything you need, Mr Ivan is very helping and gave us a lot of information.

We didn't like the fact that it gave us a very used and old bed linen, it looks damped and washed, I would put that to the guests it show's that you don't care. Also the doors doesn't fully close. In the kitchen, under the sink it was coming a bad smell. In the shower its black mold and a big yellow stain under de toilette. Things that can easily be fixed.

    Superb

Nice apartment located about 10-15 mins from center. It could be little tight if you have older children. It has everything you need to feel like home. You will receive detailed instructions about apartment, about Villasimius, restaurants, beaches etc., from the owner, so 👍. If you have car, parking is free on the street or in front of the supermarket which is located just opposite.
