    Painful!!

Property advertised as a two bed two bathroom house. Indeed two toilets but only one shower and access to it was through the main bedroom. Main bedroom did not have a wardrobe and drawers were tiny! Photos of terrace shown in the advert was in fact a terrace about 150 meters from the house. Complete misrepresentation of the property by the host who argued that all this should have been clear by the pictures...never in my life have I heard such an argument. Also Booking.com completely unhelpful. Although their reposne time is said to be 24hrs it took them more than a week to come back asking for photographic evidence knowing very well that I ws not at the property any more and could not produce any photos. Never will I book with Booking.com!
