De fábula
La casa es fabulosa, cómoda y muy bien situada. Tiene todos los servicios necesarios a disposición de los huéspedes. Melchor, el dueño, es encantador. Nos facilitó enormemente la llegada y la estancia y estuvo siempre súper pendiente de que estuviésemos bien y no nos faltase de nada. Además nos dio una clase magistral de alfarería en su taller, de obligada visita. Absolutamente recomendable.

Extremely disappointing experience
Didn't have the chance to like anything.
Extremely disappointing experience, especially because of the owner’s attitude and the way our cancellation was handled. We travelled with our two children, aged 7 and 9, during July, when temperatures reached around 42°C, so having convenient access to a swimming pool was very important to us. Only after arriving did we discover that the advertised pool was actually the municipal swimming pool, located approximately eight minutes away by car, and not a pool at or next to the property. We arrived at the property, but after discovering that important information in the listing did not correspond to what we had reasonably understood when booking, we immediately requested to cancel the reservation. According to the cancellation conditions applicable at that moment, we should only have been charged for the first night. However, despite the fact that we physically arrived and spoke directly with the owner, the reservation was later marked as a “no-show.” This was simply not true. In my opinion, it was done so that we would lose the entire amount paid and would no longer be able to claim the remaining money back. We did not stay at the property for even one night, yet the owner kept the full payment. During our subsequent discussions, he showed no real willingness to understand our situation or reach a fair compromise. Instead, he repeatedly placed all responsibility on us, suggested that we were trying to take advantage of him or stay for free, and even claimed that reviews could easily be bought for €100 while expressing confidence that mine would eventually disappear. I found this attitude deeply insulting and unprofessional.
