    The receptionist, Stefi, was extremely rude. At 10:30 in the morning, she started banging on my door with her keys, telling me to leave. I tried to explain that I knew I had to check out by 11:00, but she doesn't speak a word of English. I had previously arranged with another receptionist to leave my luggage there, but Stefi couldn't explain until what time I could leave it or even whether I was allowed to leave it at all. She was incredibly rude. In the end, she simply slammed the door in my face and shouted “Bye!” at me. Her rudeness and unprofessional behaviour completely ruined my day.
