    Appartamento con buone potenzialità

    Ottima posizione a due passi da Via Medail. Appartamento molto ampio, comoda la possibilità di accedere al giardino direttamente dal balcone, buona esposizione e vista montagne.Bagno ristrutturato di recente. A disposizione tv con Netflix e Rai Play

    Zona giorno e cucina: necessiterebbero di un ammodernamento Zona cucina:utilizzabili 2 fuochi su 4. Zona notte:poche prese nelle camere, la camera nel seminterrato difficilmente utilizzabile come camera da letto perchè fredda e umida(pur essendo agosto), più sfruttabile come dispensa/ripostiglio. Essendo un appartamento che si presta per soggiorni di famiglie sarebbe comodo poter avere lettino o sponda da mettere al letto a castello per i bambini
