Sehr schöne Unterkunft an einer Top Lage

War sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft. Die Lage direkt am Strand. Der Balkon mit Meerblick. Die Grösse und Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die Gastgeber waren unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Konnte sogar früher Einchecken und später Auschecken.

Good location, poor management and correspondence

The location was excellent and clearly the best part of the place. We enjoyed the view of the sea.

We had a bad experience with the property manager. From the very moment we got there, we were told there was a leak coming from our rental to the below apartment. It turned into a large debacle and resulted in us needing to spend an entire day out of the apartment with the possibility to relocate us due to the leak (at a spot further from the beach). Luckily, that wasn't needed. As an offering, management offered us a boat ride to ease the burden. We accepted and asked for approval on the price which was given to us via Whats App. The next day the price was suddenly "too much" and we spent over a week and at least a dozen (or more) emails trying to come to a conclusion to honor what was offered to us. The final solution was processed before we approved. I would not use this booking again. It caused far more stress to our vacation than joy. I spent far too much time getting upset and having to text / email the property manager to sort this out. I would not book this accommodation again.

Toppen, väldigt nöjd och kommer vilja komma tillbaka.

Otroligt läge, bra köksutrustning och stora rum. Rent och fint. Supertrevligt bemötande från hyresvärdar. Rekommenderar starkt.
