Soggiorno eccellente
La camera era grande, arredata con gusto e oggetti di qualità, molto gradevole e pulitissima. Si percepiva una cura reale di ogni dettaglio per far sentire l'ospite a suo agio. Raramente ho trovato un soggiorno così piacevole e di qualità; sicuramente mai a questo livello in questa tipologia di alloggio. Personalmente ho trovato facilissimo l'accesso con i codici e non ho avuto difficoltà per l'assenza dell'ascensore (che comunque non dipende dalla gestione dell'appartamento). Mi sono sentita seguita con grande discrezione in ogni fase del viaggio. Grazie!

Clean and bright
The room was clean, bright and had great water pressure in the shower. The host was very responsive to emails. There are some very good restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk
There are a lot of stairs to access the room, which is not ideal with heavy suitcases

Great location, within easy reach of both the train station and city centre. The facilities were great, including tea/kettle, air conditioning and comfortable bed. The apartment was quiet at night but it was up 3 flights of stairs with no lift. The keyless check in was well instructed and easy to use. Mary the host was easy to contact and helpful.
Nothing - only no lift for the apartment but that wasn't really a problem for us, only when carrying the suitcase up.
