  Świetna lokalizacja parę kroków do morza,bliskość sklepów, barów, restauracji,wspaniały widok z okna,świetny kontakt z właścicielem . Bardzo polecam,na pewno wrocimy;)

  We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here. The apartment is in a fantastic location, very close to the sea, the beach and the promenade, with a beautiful view. There are restaurants, cafés, shops and public transport nearby, so it was easy to get around Genoa and reach the city centre. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable family stay, and we especially enjoyed being able to come back after a long day in the city and relax by the sea. Fabio was a very kind, friendly and attentive host. Communication was excellent from the beginning to the end of our stay. He was always available when we had questions, gave us clear information and made everything easy, including our arrival and departure. Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to meet him personally, but we still felt very welcome. We spent several wonderful days in Genoa and left with very good memories. We would happily stay here again if we return to Genoa. Highly recommended!

  Magnifique séjour en Ligurie

  L’appartement est super , autant la situation que le confort, au top ! Mais les escaliers sont un véritable problème et même parfois un frein au désir d’une rapide balade ou petite course … surtout pour une personne avec tendinite du talon car ils sont hauts, irréguliers ! Heureusement que mes filles étaient là pour monter et descendre les bagages …

  L’accès par cet escalier de l’enfer 😀

  Un colpo di fortuna!!!

  Siamo stato chiamati per un ricovero presso il Gaslini il venerdì per la domenica e abbiamo trovato la disponibilità di questo appartamento a 2 passi a piedi dal padiglione 12 dove io e mio figlio saremmo stati ricoverati. Mio marito quindi ha dormito presso la struttura e noi lo abbiamo raggiunto per l'ultima notte. La posizione era super comoda, il prezzo ottimo e l'appartamento era provvisto di tutto il necessario oltre alla massima disponibilità dell'host. Torneremo sicuramente.

  Comfortable beds, Enough kitchenary items, clean rooms, localtion is good, Bus stop is near by, Sea beach near by, Sea views from apartment window, accomodating and friendly staff, easy to communicate.

  Entrance of the apartment, no lift, stair steps height unusually more, may be common in old houses in Italy..
