    Please allow me to preface these comments by saying that I have never written a bad review about hostels/hotels/bed & breakfast lodgings in my life. This property was advertised as a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom unit with "free fast WiFi 500 Mbps)". When we arrived, we were notified that there would be an extra 20 Euro charge for using the second bedroom. This we accepted although we wondered why this was not communicated when we booked the rooms. We asked about a WiFi code and were advised that they were hoping the service would be functional later that day. As we were needing the service that day and it was not guaranteed to be restored, we asked to cancel the reservation. Of course the WiFi problem was probably not in their control, but communicating this on arrival would have been more acceptable. Btw the stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and narrow and would not be appropriate for anyone with more than very minimal mobility issues. Even carrying heavy luggage up the narrow stairs would be challenging. We did not stay, so I can't comment further on the facilities. The location is great and maybe makes up for the poor customer service.

    LOVELY

    Beautifully situated in the historic centre. Authentic historic building. EXCELLENT communication with owner. She replied almost instantly. We used the “shuttle” service. Owner met us at airport and took us to accommodation.

    Authentic, historic building. Be aware that is has very steep metal stairs which could be a problem for some.

    l'emplacement est vraiment top et la casa était très propre et originale mais à éviter absolument pour les handicapés car beaucoup d'escaliers

    il faudrait mettre absolument des rideaux occultants ou foncé à tous les étages ! nous n'avons pas non plus vraiment apprécié une facture de 20€ en plus car nous étions 2 pour 2 chambres donc 2 lits !!! c'est vraiment la première fois que l'on me réclame un surplus. les matelas ne sont pas très confortables et sur la terrasse, il y avait un certain nombre de bouteilles vides
