    Very good

    The appartment is located 10-15 min away from La Spezia central station, and has few bus stops nearby. The place is not big, but clean and tidy. We had a problem with a key (the door locks itself when you exiting, and we forgot the key inside), and owners helped us within a day on Sunday.

    The building doesn't have a lift, so be aware of it if you have a big luggage. Also, few things as kettle and microwave were missing (though appartment has an oven).

    Great base to visit 5Terre

    Great location, the train station 15minutes. Free parking on the street, was not hard to find free slot. Last but not the least, very nice host always ready to help.

    An air condition maybe, but the apartment can be easily crosswind after the sun goes down. Also, there is an effective ventillator, so by sleeping time it was absolutelly comfortable. And who wants to stay in the apartment during the day?😊
