  Lovely apartment in a wonderful location, close to the centre, train station and the sea front.

  The location of the apartment is fantastic - just a few minutes' walk from the town centre, the train station and the sea front. It is part of a residential block which has the advantage of a lift - perfect since the apartment is on the 5th floor! We asked to check in early as our train got in well before the allocated time and the owner kindly made arrangements for her daughter to meet us with keys - much appreciated. The apartment is very pretty and clean with a spacious, open plan lounge and kitchen. The decor is attractive and relaxing, with lots of nice little touches. There is an air conditioning unit in the lounge (which we didn't need to use) and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom. Despite being so central, it was very quiet, so we had the best of both worlds.

  The shower is in a separate cubicle in the bathroom which is tiny - it was tight for me so could be a bit awkward for someone larger - but the shower itself worked well. Just a point on rubbish that is worth knowing in advance. There was a note asking for the trash to be taken out of the apartment at the end of the stay and when I asked where, I was told it should be placed in bins outside the apartment, near the river. We had only seen one rubbish bin in the kitchen and hadn't noticed any segregation inside it, but in order to use the external bins you will need to segregate your rubbish four ways. Probably our fault as in our previous apartment we had simply used one bin and weren't required to remove, so perhaps we didn't look properly.

  Das Apartment war richtig schön und größer als erwartet. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und der Check-In unkompliziert. Die Lage war auch richtig toll.

  Perfecto para disfrutar unos días en la costa Italiana de Rapallo.

  Ari nos trató fenomenal, un gusto habernos quedado en su apartamento. Fenomenal ubicado. Salón, cocina y habitación muy confortables. Flexibilidad para abandonar el apartamento, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Muy recomendable.

  Algunos aspectos a mejorar, quizás nos hubiera faltado algún producto en el apartamento como pudiera ser detergente, azúcar o aceite. Productos "básicos" que si vas 4 o 5 días convendría tener. Lo solucionamos comprándolos en el supermercado y los dejamos para futuros huéspedes. Es posible que tuviéramos mala suerte y los anteriores la dejaran vacía. Por otro lado, el baño hay que ventilarlo continuamente porque se acumula mucha humedad.
