Если вы ищете идеальное место для отдыха в Специи – это оно! Исторический дом, с антикварной мебелью и современными комфортными условиями: оснащение кухни, душ, сантехника – всё новое и чистое. Великолепное расположение для путешествий по региону (вокзал в 10 минутах), рядом магазины, рестораны, самый центр. И самое главное - громадное патио на втором этаже для утренних и вечерних посиделок. Общение с хозяйкой - отдельное удовольствие. Рекомендую от души

Every interaction I had from booking to closing the door on the last day was excellent. The apartment is 3 minutes walk around the corner into the town & all the restaurants. There is a supermarket next door which provided anything extra you may need but a lovely selection of products was there for us already. The bedrooms were beautiful & the beds extremely comfortable. Im so glad I found this lovely apartment. Bella x ♥️
There was nothing we didnt like in the apartment. I just wish we had an extra few days without a crazy itinerary to appreciate the apartment because we spent very little time in it.

Do yourself a favour and stay here.
Absolutely everything! We were greeted by our host Patrizia who explained how everything worked and then she discussed places to visit and some favourite restaurants. The house was exceptionally clean and homely, and the bed very comfortable. We really appreciated all the extras that were provided including a bottle of wine, sweets and cakes. The kitchen was fabulous and the outdoor area was incredible. The location was excellent, close to buses and trains. This was by far the best place we have stayed at in 5 weeks in Europe.

Fantastiskt boende
Fantastisk lägenhet med sköna sängar, härlig luftkonditionering, fantastisk stor altan med bord, stolar och solstolar. Fina Patricia hade fyllt kylen med all tänkbart och i skafferiet fans kaffe, flera kryddor olivolja och müsli. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende som ligger mitt i stan och inte långt från tågstation
