    Schön war, dass man Zutritt zum Haus nur mit dem Schlüssel bzw. Garagentor hatte. Auch das parken am Eingang war super, da man seine Einkäufe direkt ins Haus bringen konnte. Auch das die Wohnung klimatisiert war, ist vor allem im Sommer super. Alle räume konnten mit dem Rolladen verdunkelt werden. Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung.

    Jeder Nachbar hatte zwei bis vier Hunde, die beim vorbeigehen oder bei Anwesenheit Tag oder Nacht kläffen. Das empfanden wir als sehr störend, da es nur wenige ruhige Minuten gab. Auf der Bettwäsche waren leider fremde Haare. Auch lief die Dusche sehr langsam ab, wodurch man sehr lange im hohen Wasser stand. Auch der Backofen war nicht sauber. Die Waschmaschine war uralte und der Waschgang dauerte sehr sehr lange(keine digitale Zeitangabe). Der größte Mankopunkt war, dass man die Waschmaschine im Keller und den Backofen in der Wohnung nicht gleichzeitig bedienen konnte, da man sonst einen Stromausfall verursacht.

    Exceptional

    Everything was great, just what we expected based on the description and pictures. Spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with a very kind and helpful owner.
