Super fast and responsive host, very friendly. The place was very clean and tidy. We were not at the place for long during our stay and did not use the kitchen facilities except for the coffee machine, but it looked completely fine if you would like to cook as well (though what a mistake it would be to be in Turin and cook at home 😉).
Not an issue, and still very useful for carrying your luggage, although the elevator is quite tight. It is also easy to use the stairs. We did not need to use the air conditioning because the weather was so good, but it would have been more convenient to have the remote controls there. 🙂
