Extremely disappointed

This is not an apartment on its own. It is a small apartment within a big apartment. In one family house on two floors with two apartments,, they divided the top apartment, into two-- one for. renting and the other part (kitchen and dining room) for parties.. The dining room and the kitchen (of the bigger apartment) were used every single night for cooking parties. It was always smelly and loud and, sometimes the parties lasted until late in the night. This division of the apartment was not total . One could not enter the rented apartment, without first greeting the people at the party and getting all the cooking smell....On the other hand, the kitchen in the smaller rental apartment is EXTREMELY SMALL... The bathroom is ok for to take a shower, but the bathtub is only for show, it is very wiggly... All in all it is a very expensive apartment and one doesn't have any privacy there..NO PRIVACY whatsoever... Extremely disappointed.

Superb
The flat located on the first level with a very nice bathroom. The house located only 3 minutes by car to the next shopping opportunities. The house owner offered to us a common italian cooking event. Our kids liked the "Garfields" , the 2 cats of the owner very well. Maria was very friendly with us.
