Bien placé mais manque de confort pour une famille
L'emplacement au coeur de la vieille ville d'Ortigia, a 200m d'une petite plage et tout proche des restaurants et des commerces. Idéal pour visiter la ville et se reposer. La climatisation est efficace. La salle de bains a été rénovée et est fonctionnelle. Les petites attentions dans le frigo en arrivant sont appréciables : eau, fruits, gâteaux...
Le logement n'était pas facile a trouver et nous avons eu quelques difficultés pour joindre le propriétaire par téléphone et fixer un rendez-vous. Je n'avais pas compris que c'était un studio et que tous les lits et la cuisine étaient dans la même pièce donc nous étions 3 et c'était très petit ( moins de 50m ). Les lits ne sont pas très confortables ( durs) et surtout celui du canapé... Il n'y a pas de volets sur la porte donc on est réveillés très tôt le matin ! Il faudrait mettre un rideau occultant... Le logement est globalement assez vieillot et sombre, c'est dommage car avec quelques aménagements et surtout des lits plus confortables ce serait bien.

Letto singolo improponibile , ha una sbarra metallica sporgente proprio nel centro del Letto, impossibile dormirci.
