  Perfect for relaxed stay away from city with friendly and helpfull staff

  Close to the centre of city and still away from city noise. Dark night lot of stars. Very friendyl staff, provided early checking, spacios room, able also to hise down motorbike after storm… Place in front of the room with tables to relax even more. La Gramola restaurant part of facilities where we had gread dinner and breakfast.

  This is a beautiful, well preserved, and at the same time elegantly renovated, estate surrounded by groves and woods, with a history of women empowerment that guests will have a chance to discover while on site (there is a small musem explaining the prior use of the residential complex for the education of women and other purposes). In addition to various rooms for guests, the estate hosts a restaurant which is open to guests but also external customers and is operated independently

  The on site restaurant would be a major plus - it serves good quality local dishes - if it wasnt for external customers cramming the parking lots with their cars (there are no reserved slots for sleeping guests). The breakfast for night guests is served in the restaurant. You would therefore imagine that it would feature a wide range of choices. On the contrary, it stubbornly includes only cakes and various seasonal fruits. There is a chance to pre order a continental breakfast (omelette, toasts, etc) for an additional charge, but even this option cannot compensate for a diverse breakfast offer which should include not just sweet options but also yogurt, milk and cereals, eggs, even vegetables, etc. It is really a pity but there does not seem to be any real flexibility and the breakfast waitress did not make any effort to turn the breakfast into the pleasant and welcoming experience it should be. Also, rooms are cleaned daily but only if the room is vacated by 10 am.. which is a challege if you have children who would rather wake up around that time while enjoying their vacation.. That said, the staff is overall responsive and helpful and the stay can be quite pleasant if these limitations are factored in in advance.

  Nel complesso, sufficiente per passare qualche giorno ma non di più.

  La posizione

  Considerando il fatto che la nostra camera era situata all’interno del borgo, non si poteva dormire prima della mezzanotte con tranquillità per i continui chiacchierii delle persone che si fermavano all’interno del cortile / ristorante adiacente. Al momento della prenotazione non era specificato l’assenza del bidet . La colazione descritta su Booking non era corrispondente alle foto inserite ,molto minimal .

  La struttura in generale tutto ok

  La camera bella è spaziosa però non c'è neanche un tavolino e sedie per bere una bottiglia di acqua oppure per mangiare un panino assenza di bidet e tv
