  A wonderful home, perfect views, great host, great pool and exactly what you need for families :)

  The most beautiful view onto Santa Margherita Ligure. The pool area was amazing and perfect for families. The host was extremely responsive, and the home itself was clean and equipped with everything we needed

  It is a bit of a steep walk, up and down to the town - but the view, and tranquility of the location is worth it.

  Good place, generally I recommend it. But our experience could be much more better if the issues described would be reso

  1)Amazing views. 2)Air conditioning in every room. 3)20 min from normal beaches by car. 4)Direct walking pass to the sea 1 km on a very sharp hill, good for cardio trainings. 5)Swimming pool at the property. 6)Parking spot. 7)Barbecue. 8)Nearest shop with parking 5 min away from the property by car

  1) WiFi works very bad, sungai was available only in the kitchen and on the terrace. And even there it was bad. 2) Washing machine was not working, host instructions did not help 3) Pool was not cleaned during 1 week of our stay, lady few days there were a lot of trash especially after grass cutting. 4) Property was not equiped with basic things like hand soap, toilet paper - you should buy everything 5) A lot of ants, wasps and mosquitoes and no sprays / chemicals to deal with them. During the 1st day we found tons of ants in the kitchen who came to eat our son's candy. Only spray for 7 euro helped to resolve the issue. Wasps are crazy during the breakfast grabbing all the food from the table. During nights it is impossible to be outside w/o anti mosquitoes sprays 6) Location is suitable for ppl only with Car. You will be completely disconnected from everything w/o car. No shops, restaurants available by walk. Or at least be ready to walk 1 hour in one way through the hills. 7) Instructions provided by host were outdated, reply speed / quality could be better. 6) Lighting in the pool was not working

  Exceptional

  It is a beautiful place with the most beautiful view. Very nice house with a beautiful yard. We have a good time there with our two children. Little things are missing to make it perfect.
