Overall a great stay!
It fit all our needs. The location was in a quiet part of Venice, close to Lido where we would go every night to watch movies at the Mostra del Cinema. It had two separate bedrooms and air conditioning which was needed. Very close to the traghetto landing. Sonia, the host, kept constantly in touch and gave us great tips on restaurants and other things to do.

El apartamento esta en una zona tranquila y se puede acceder a la plaza de San Marcos andando unos 20m minutos, hay tiendas alrededor y restaurantes para poder comer
En las fotos te ofrece que tiene un patio, pero no se puede estar en él porque lo tiene un poco abandonado, pero es un detalle sin importancia

Squadra che vince non si cambia!...
E' la terza occasione in cui torniamo nella Casa di Sonia e anche questa volta è stata un'esperienza ottima! Tutto fila sempre liscio, dall'arrivo e check-in (con il simpaticissimo marito di Sonia!) alla permanenza, con la velocità a venire incontro a tutte le nostre richieste (Sonia risponde immeditatamente a qualsiasi messaggio le si invia), sino alla disponibilità per rendere il più comodo possibile il check-out. La casa è spaziosa, tranquilla, con efficientissimi condizionatori, doccia ampia, cucina bene attrezzata, la pulizia perfetta. In più l'appartamento è a due minuti dai Giardini della Biennale e a dieci dall'Arsenale (ideale quindi per chi come noi era a Venezia per la Biennale), vicinissimo all'imbarcadero (e quindi perfetto per muoversi verso le zone più centrali), in una zona con negozi, supermercati, ristoranti. Dulcis in fundo, il prezzo è assolutamente adeguato. Come si dice? Non c'è il tre senza il quattro ;)...
