    Perfekt läge!!!

    Fantastiskt läge i mysiga San Lorenzo! Precis i de fina kvarteren man vill hänga! Två balkonger i olika lägen. Lägenheten hade i princip vad man behöver.

    Ett stort täcke passar inte oss men kanske passar andra. Köksutrustningen behöver kompletteras och bytas ut (tex finns inga skålar och inga kaffekoppar annat än till espresso). Opersonlig, steril inredning fast den funkar ju och det är lite tycke och smak… Inga balkongmöbler på den ena balkongen och inga knänypor till tvättlinorna. Garageplatsen funkar inte för normalstora bilar.

    Super Lage, aber Appartement in die Jahre gekommen.

    Die Lage ist super. Man ist in 2 Minuten am Strand oder in Restaurants, Bäckerei usw. Wenn man Italienisch beherrscht, wird einiges in der nächsten Nähe geboten ( Zaubershows für die Kinder, open Air Kino, Disco). Man hat uns auch einen alternativen Parkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt, weil unser Auto groß ist (Tasla Y). In der Küche gibt es ein paar Gewürze, Olivenöl und Balsamico, Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel, sogar Frischhaltefolie und Backpapier.

    Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Duschkabine ist an allen Seiten undicht. Versprochene Reparatur blieb aus. Das komplette Kochgeschirr muss erneuert werden, die Pfannen sind unbrauchbar, bei den Töpfen fehlen die passenden Deckeln. Übriges Geschirr für 4 Personen kaum ausreichend vorhanden. Die vorhandene Tiefgarage ist nur für kleine Autos geeignet.
