Excellent apartment in city center
Nice apartment on the second floor in the city center and 15 minute walk from the train station. Well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing Machine. Bedroom has a big comfortable bed, there's a big TV with many options and a spacious bathroom. For a great - huge - pizza I can really recommend pizzeria Michele on the side of piazza G. Matteoti.

Appartement moderne au calme dans le centre
L’emplacement est idéal au centre de Modène, l’appartement est moderne, refait à neuf et très bien équipé. Il est très calme, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le propriétaire nous a donné de très bonnes indications pour visiter la région. Il est très accessible ce qui est appréciable.

Comfort in an excellent location.
This apartment is in a quiet location near the station (1.2 km by foot) and the historic centre (300-400 m by foot). There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance. It is close to the historic fresh food market and the COOP (local supermarket). The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is tastefully but functionally furnished. There is air conditioning and heating if needed. The washing machine, drying rack and iron was a bonus. Antonio is kind and very helpful and available if any assistance is needed. I would stay here again. 10/10
