Excellent location in the old town, 5 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is beutiful, impeccably clean, well equipped and with amazing voees of the sea on one side and the mountains on the other. Lovely host and super helpful. Important to know if someone is looking for two bedrooms, that one of them is on a mezzanine with a steep ladder.

Koselig, fin leilighet i ett spennende område
Tiltalende og ren leilighet!
Trappene opp i leiligheten var litt overraskende utfordrende å gå i. Så hvis en har litt problemer med å gå i trapper og bratte bakker ville jeg nok sett på et annet alternativ

Muy buenas y bonitas vacaciones
Hemos pasado unos días geniales en Villajoyosa y gran parte de ello fue gracias a este alojamiento. La casa es exactamente como se ve en las fotos: moderna, con mucho estilo y muy limpia. La ubicación es inmejorable, justo en el centro del encantador casco antiguo, con la playa a un corto paseo de 5 minutos. Nos sorprendió lo bien equipada que estaba, no echamos en falta nada para nuestra estancia. La persona de la agencia que nos atendió fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. ¡Lo recomendamos totalmente!
Como puntos a considerar, hay que tener en cuenta que para acceder a la casa hay que subir dos tramos largos de escaleras, lo que podría ser un problema para personas con movilidad reducida. Además, no cuenta con sofá ni televisión.
