Great location bad host
The property is located in a great location. There is a cool cocktail bar under. I don’t mind the noise it opens at 5:30pm-midnight. I enjoyed the music.
When I arrived Ortigia had no water. It was out of the owners control. The owner wasn’t accommodating or helpful, they didn’t say sorry or offer to help move accommodation. They ignored my messages about no water and didn’t offer a refund. I could not use the shower of bathroom. If there is a emergency I expect the owners to be more helpful

3 nights of having a little home away from home
The apartment is lovely and very spacious. It is, however, above a courtyard bar, so if you’re noise averse and like an early night don’t recommend. We used earplugs and were unaffected. Overall it’s 100% charming
Others may find noise a problem
