    Perfekte Lage am Wasser. Die Wohnung liegt etwas abgelegen, so dass man die Ruhe genießen kann. Von der Wohnung kommt man direkt an den schönen Garda See.

    Wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick direkt auf den See. Eingebettet in eine ruhige Landschaft, die zur Ruhe, aber auch zum Ausgehen einlud.

    UNVERSCHÄMT Gästen eine solch heruntergekommene und schmutzige Wohnung für TEURE Miete anzubieten. NIE MEHR WIEDER !!!

    In der Unterkunft lagen bei Ankunft tote Insekten (auf dem Boden und auf den Betten), sowie ÜBERALL schwarze Haare (besonders übersät davon war das Badezimmer - an der Toilette klebten die schwarzen Haare innen, außen und auf dem Deckel). Wir waren entsetzt, wie schmutzig die Unterkunft war und wie heruntergekommen diese ist! In einem ganz schlimmen Zustand haben wir das Badezimmer vorgefunden (Toilette mit eingetrocknetem Kot besprenkelt / unter dem Toilettendeckel befand sich an den Kunststoff-stoppern dunkelgelber Urinstein / WC-Brille kaputt, eingerissen und an anderer Stelle unschön mit Spachtelmasse geflickt / Dusche und Duschwand im unteren Bereich mit Schimmel und gelb-bräunlichen Flecken übersät). Wir waren also gezwungen unmittelbar nach unserer Ankunft (gegen ca. 23 Uhr) die Wohnung zu säubern und das WC zu schrubben….. 😡 Das WC musste über 1 Stunde mit u. a. Desinfektion einweichen um den Kot und Urinstein zu entfernen… 🤢🤮 Nachdem wir die Kontaktperson angeschrieben haben, bot man uns an die Wohnung „erneut“ zu „reinigen“, allerdings nur in einer 2 stündigen Abwesenheit unsererseits. Das hatte sich durch unsere sofortige Putzaktion erledigt…. Auf bitten unsererseits nach 2 weiteren Bettlaken, wollte man diese noch in Rechnung stellen…. Was ist nun teurer, 2 Bettlaken mehr in der Wäsche oder eine 2 stündige Reinigung, die zusätzliche Kosten verursacht? UNGLAUBLICH !!! Küche: - extrem schmutziges Besteck in der Schublade - von einigen Töpfen und Geschirrteilen mussten die eingetrockneten Rückstände abgeschrubbt werden - Herd verdreckt mit Öl und eingebrannten Speiseresten Es ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit diese Wohnung als Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern anzubieten, da das 2.Schlafzimmer bestenfalls eine bessere Besenkammer ist (zumal OHNE Tür).

    Fabulous

    We had the best view over the lake in the mornings and in the evening. Not far to walk to nearby Salo and enjoy the stroll along the beach. Having access to a private beach was definitely also a major plus.

    The only slight negative was the parking. But we didn’t really need to go to far. As we arranged for other means of transport.
