Appartamento consegnato in condizioni igieniche insoddisfacenti: grattugia con residui di formaggio, stoviglie sporche, utensili arrugginiti, lenzuola lise, bucate e con peli, asciugamani vecchi, maleodoranti e non assorbenti. Polvere e capelli dietro mobili, letto e caloriferi, oltre a un persistente odore di muffa. Bagno con lavandino che perde acqua sul pavimento, rubinetti ossidati, ceramica screpolata e termoarredo arrugginito. Pentole con rivestimento profondamente graffiato, cappa non funzionante, phon deteriorato che perde frammenti, tapparelle rotte e mobili danneggiati. Mancavano telecomando, appendini, specchio a figura intera, mollette, forbici e mestolo. TV della camera praticamente inutilizzabile per la posizione laterale. Wi-Fi debole e instabile, inadatto allo streaming e a una connessione continuativa. I due cani dei proprietari abbaiavano disturbando il sonno di nostro figlio. Abbiamo inoltre ricevuto un tentativo di truffa via WhatsApp da soggetti che conoscevano i dettagli della prenotazione e i nostri dati personali. Mio marito ha dovuto bloccare la carta di credito. La proprietaria ci ha riferito che altri ospiti avevano subito episodi analoghi. Non sappiamo come siano stati ottenuti i dati. Avremmo voluto lasciare l'appartamento anticipatamente, ma i prezzi delle alternative erano economicamente inaccessibili. **Esperienza estremamente deludente. Non consigliamo questa struttura.**
