    Relax tra gli ulivi

    L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato recentemente con gusto ed eleganza. L'edificio era un vecchio frantoio e la ristrutturazione ne ha preservato l'antico fascino. La posizione è ottima, nelle colline sopra Spello immerso tra gli ulivi ma il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi.

    Difficile trovare un difetto, ma se proprio devo trovarne uno per renderlo perfetto è la mancanza di uno spazio esterno o di un terrazzo abitabile.
