  Wunderbare Lage direkt (ein paar Schritte und Stufen) am Strand mit privatem Liegebereich und Dusche. Perfekt für kleine

  Die Lage ist das allerbeste, auch wenn die Meersicht vom Haus aus eingschränkt ist - Ein paar (keine 70!) Stufen zur privaten Terrasse am öffentlichen Strand sind das Maxmium an Komfort auf Sardinien. Kein Autofahren, Parkplatz suchen, Strandliegen mitschleppen. Perfekt. Grosse Terrasse mit riesigem BBQ-Grill ist auch ein echstes Plus. Und bei 29 Grad in der Nacht sind die Klimanalagen ein echter Vorteil. Die Gastgeberin Diana ist zudem wirklich grossartig und sehr sympathisch und hat immer ein paar gute Tips auf Lager. Wir dürften am Tag unserer Abreise vor der Fähre (abends) noch bis 17 Uhr bleiben und hatten so nochmals einen ganzen Tag am Strand mit den Kindern. Grandios Grosszügig. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

  Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schönes kleines Haus. Die Ausstattung (Küche) und die Aussenräume sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man sollte gut aufpassen, VIele Geländer sind Morsch und halten nicht mehr als einen Stups aus. Insgesamt ist hier noch sehr, sehr viel Potential welches mit etwas Aufwand ein echtes Bijou hergeben würde: Das Mobiliar am Strand ist nicht mehr wirklich brauchbar (Tisch fällt fast auseinander) und teilweise gefährlich wegen abstehenden Schrauben. Etwas aufasten rund ums Haus würde ein echter Mehrwert sein, wenn man am Morgen und Abend aus dem Schlafzimmer das Meer sehen könnte… was ohne weiteres Möglich wäre. Um die Privatheit am Strand zu signalisieren sollte man zudem das Schild ändern, damit es nicht so aussieht als würde es zum Farfalle-Village gehören…. Und die Kameras sind vermutlich nötig aber man könnte Sie auch etwas weniger Präsent montieren… :)

  Diana was very easy to work with

  Beach location was beautiful, house was just comfortable for 3 adults

  50 steps( with luggage) from the car park, up hill to the house. This was never mentioned beforehand

  Overall, the location is amazing. Private beach belongs to this property, so no matter, how many people are on public beach, you can always have your sun chair. The surrounding gardens and terraces are amazing and the sound of the sea is excelent. The house is equipped with everything necessary, however it is the small things that made me rate this property lower than it is its pottential....

  House - double bed, super jumpy, so if one moves the other moves... The air con in the bedroom doesnt work. We stayed here at the end of May and the nights were really cold to have only thin sheet availbe to cover youself with. It would be great to have extra large blankets... Toilet flushes very innefectivly, so you have to be careful. Garden - such pottential! The sun chairs are broken. I almost broke my back as I laid into the chair, which does not support anymore, so I ended up on my back on the ground... Enormose ammount of ants everywhere, so if you take out any food, you get ants in it immediatly. The gril is super messy and never cleaned I guess... The wooden rail along the entire terrace is damaged, old and honestly dangerouse. I would not lean to it. Basiccally, it was not possible to use the terrace, which was a real pitty as it is a dominant of this property. The access route to the property is not asphalt, but very rocky and bumpy trail basicly. It would be great to know this in advance, when you are renting the car.
