Die sauberste Unterkunft von unserer gesamten England-Rundreise!
***Der nachfolgende Text bezieht sich einzig auf unsere Erfahrungen und Erlebnisse. Wir möchten hiermit ausschliesslich betonen, unsere Meinungen und Erlebnisse zu äussern. Wir möchten keine generelle Aussagen zur Unterkunft treffen. Jede*r soll und darf sich seine eigene Meinung bilden. Das ist unsere Meinung und nur unsere.*** Lage Die Lage ist fantastisch. Eingebettet in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier, ist das Zentrum zu Fuss in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus, ohne Aufpreis - für Oxford eine Ausnahme. Ausstattung Weiter ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat alles was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht. Genügend Küchenausstattung, eine Waschmaschine und ein smart TV. Sogar Kaffeekapseln, Tee und eine kleine Minibar stehen bereit. Sauberkeit Unser Highlight war die Sauberkeit. Wir haben diesbezüglich in England schon so Einiges gesehen, bei Luigi war es blitzsauber. Wir haben es geliebt. Das einzige Mal während unserer Reise, bei dem man wirklich 10 von 10 Punkten verteilen kann. Wow! Gastgeber Die Unterkunft wird von einem privaten Gastgeber geführt, dementsprechend ist es für uns selbstverständlich, dass wir uns an die Regeln des Hauses halten. Wir haben Luigi als freundlichen, engagierten und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgeber kennengelernt. Die Hausregeln wurden klar kommuniziert, dementsprechend gab es diesbezüglich auch keine Beanstandungen oder Probleme. Der aufgeführte Securitiy Deposit von 200£ in bar (für nicht UK und EU-Bürger) löste bei uns anfangs eine gewisse Unsicherheit aus. Da im Inserat nur ein persönlicher Check-In und ein selbstständiger Check-Out aufgeführt wurde, fragt man sich als nicht UK- und nicht EU-Bürger, wie man sein Geld wieder zurückbekommt. Luigi war aber auch da zuvorkommend und hat mit uns einen persönlichen Check-Out gemacht. Dies war für beide Seiten positiv: Luigi konnte die Wohnung von uns persönlich übernehmen und wir erhielten unseren Security Deposit zurück.
