    Le calme de la résidence et du quartier. La propreté.

    Je pensais que c’était un peu plus proche du centre ville. Cependant, les bus ou le train sont présent pour vous y rendre.

    El departamento esta buenísimo, tal como se ve, limpio, moderno, comodo, con todo lo necesario y mas. Esta super cerca de la terminal de tren de la spetzia para recorrer todo, tiene parking para guardar el auto y esta cerca de supermercado, restaurantes. No le falta nada

    No hay nada que no em haya gustado.

    Satisfăcător

    Aproape de stația secundara de tren.

    Patul din dormitor nu este foarte confortabil, baia fara sampon si gel de duș. Este departe de centru, 40 minute pe jos, iar imprejur nu găsești restaurante. După ora 21 nu găsești autobus, taxi sa te întorci din centru la cazare. Departe de stația principala de tren, de port.
