    Ottima location, posizione strategica a pochi metri dai lidi e dal centro di Viareggio. Staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Appartamento pulito e funzionale.

    L'unica nota dolente è il parcheggio, in quanto tutta Viareggio è delimitata in ogni via da strisce blu a pagamento ed è necessario anche fare attenzione al lavaggio della strada, ossia bisogna spostarla per non incorrere in sanzioni. Aggiungo che nonostante tutto il paese sia con parcheggi a pagamento, trovare un posto è davvero arduo. Conviene lasciare la macchina e spostarsi in bici.

    Localização excelente, próxima da praia, da estação de comboios, de supermercados, restaurantes, gelatarias e cafés. A simpatia dos anfitriões Perluigi e Lucilla, sempre disponíveis e muito amáveis. O nosso comboio chegou à estação de Viareggio pelas 11h30 e deram a possibilidade de fazer logo o Check-in antes das 16h00. Um alojamento perfeito para uns dias na praia.
