    A very clean and welcoming apartment. It has a great little terrace. There is a large, free public parking lot. In the evening, after 10, it gets completely full, but if you look for a spot before that, there’s no problem.

    I noticed a small issue with the shower. The gas water heater probably needs adjusting. There is also a rather noisy neighbor who is very active around 6 in the morning. They like to wear high heels or other hard-soled shoes. Fortunately, they finish their morning routine within 20–30 minutes.
