    It was a good experience in general, but got disappointed when my extension request was not granted

    There was no breakfast

    There was a small apartment attached to the house with an access door that was locked for sure but we could hear the noise from there

    Für die Schlüsselübergabe wurden € 60,00 verrechnet. Wir mussten für den Transport selbst sorgen und zahlten für das Taxi € 50,00, obwohl für die An- und Abreise je € 20,00 verrechnet wurden. Gastgeberin fand trotz mehrmaligen Ersuchens es nicht der Mühe wert, uns bei folgenden Angelegenheiten zu unterstützen: 1. WELAN funktionierte nicht 2. Heizung funktionierte im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer nicht 3. Lärmende Nachbarin (2. Wohnung nur durch eine dünne Tür getrennt, dauerndes Bellen eines Hundes in dieser Wohnung, ab 22.00 h wurde in dieser Wohnung täglich gekocht und gelähmt, zum Beispiel Zwiebelgeruch in unserer Wohnung, Fernseher in voller Lautstärke aufgedreht) 4. Die angeforderten Bettdecken wurden erst ein paar Tage später durch eine unfreundliche Dame zugestellt. 5. Der Kautionsbetrag von € 300,00 wurde der Gastgeberin bei der Wohnungsübergabe Bar bezahlt. Die Ausstellung einer Bestätigung der Kautionskeistung wurde verweigert. Es wurde mit der Gastgeberin vereinbart, dass diese die Kaution innerhalb von 3 Tagen persönlich übergeben wird. 6. Die Gastgeberin ist zur Schlüssel- und Kautionsübergabe trotz Vereinbarung nicht erschienen. 7. Wir haben die Wohnung im sauberen Zustand verlassen. 8. Hinsichtlich der eben angeführten Mängel verweisen wir auf die geführten WhatsApp-Nachrichten. 9. Wir ersuchen um Unterstützung, dass wir die Kautionsleistung von der Gastgeberin zurückbezahlt bekommen. Bis jetzt erfolgte keine Refundierung der Kaution im Betrag von € 300,00. Weiters ersuchen wir aufgrund der vorliegenden Mängel um Rückerstattung eines Betrages von € 700,00.
