We loved this place and would absolutely stay again if Marco has availability! Location is impossible to beat -- across the street from Dante metro; we walked to the Duomo, to Palazzo Reale, and through much of the Spanish Quarter. Tons of restaurants within walking range. Completely safe with the building secured after hours. Quiet despite being on the very busy Via Toledo. Comfortable apartment with a good-sized kitchen, an extremely large bedroom, strong wifi, good air conditioning, and strong water pressure. Marco was an incredible host. He personally checked us in and out, had many helpful tips, and quickly responded to all our questions and requests. He's also a very happy and friendly guy -- you feel like you made a new friend, as opposed to a purely business transaction. A note about the elevator: it is a coin-operated lift, which is common in Napoli. We were wary of this when reserving the apartment, but it was a complete non-issue. The building doorman will make change for you, and coins are only required during the building's business hours. Coins are not required during the weekday lunch break or during evenings and weekends. Do not let it turn you off from this amazing apartment.

    Udany pobyt w dobrej lokalizacji.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do sklepów restauracji i stacji metra. Marco bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz.

Ciasna kabina prysznicowa. Brak słuchawki do prysznica - tylko deszczownica.

Suite Napoletana hotel is a perfectl alternative place to book, check it out!

When I made the booking, I included my 2-year-old toddler nephew in the search and reservation details, as toddlers of that age are generally free of charge. Two hours before our scheduled arrival, I contacted the host to confirm that the sofa bed could be prepared for my toddler nephew. At that point, the host requested an additional £80, claiming it was needed to pay an assistant to set up the sofa bed. When I questioned this unexpected charge, the host's attitude changed immediately. He accused me of creating a "1,000 problem" and stated that he was no longer willing to host us. What made the situation even worse was that I was already at the airport gate preparing to board my flight to Naples, which was due to land around 10 p.m. While I was urgently trying to find alternative accommodation, the host repeatedly pressured me to cancel the reservation immediately, warning that otherwise he would mark me as a "no-show." Given the late arrival time, this was a realistic concern and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. And when I asked him to give me some time to secure another hotel (only around 20 mins lol), he sarcastically replied that it only takes five minutes to find alternative accommodation. I found this comment particularly surprising coming from a host, considering that choosing accommodation is often one of the most important and time-consuming parts of planning a trip. Travelers typically need time to compare options, read reviews, and ensure the location is safe and suitable. Overall, the communication was unprofessional, and being left without accommodation at the last minute while being pressured to cancel made for a very unpleasant experience.
