    A great stay and location!

    Everything was great for a visit to Oaxaca City. The location is superb, room was very nice, breakast the best in town, and the staff kind and interested in helping in anyway they could.

    It's located on the primary pedestrian street so loading and unloading luggage is a bit harder than in other locations but the hotel staff is available to help with the logistics.

    This is NOT a 4 star hotel. Set your expectations accordingly

    The location of the hotel is great. It was clean and the staff are nice and welcoming.

    This is NOT a 4 star hotel. The cheap furniture, the cold white fluorescent lamps, the old towels and the amenities in the hotel none match a 4 star hotel. This is at best a 2 star hotel so set your expectations accordingly. The rooms don't have windows opening to the outside. You can't leave the window open or someone can simply walk into your room.
