Y get what you pay for but this one was a little too expensive.
Power went out in the middle of the night and it took them the entire trip to figure out how to accept a card payment.

Entering your social security number, a personal information, in the reservation process creates distrust and suspicion toward your company, ultimately making travelers anxious. This wasn't the case when booking other hotels or airline tickets. I had no choice but to request your company's help because there were no vacancies at other hotels, but I never want to experience this again.
