  Apartment liegt sehr schön und hat eine hervorragende Ausstattung. Allerdings funktionierte WLAN nicht, wer Fernsehen möchte und der italienischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist, es gibt nur italienische Sender. Alles war sehr sauber, allerdings wurde die Terrasse vergessen zu reinigen.

  So pretty but so unprofessional…

  The place was very pretty but…

  in 4 out of 5 days was no running water and so no Access to toilett, shower kitchen or swimming pool . The personel informed everyday that the water will come but never did. So no really helpful. They wanted to relocate to smaller much Lower standard place were 3 people would not fit.

  Location ottima! MA NON PER SMART WORKING! RETE WIFI PESSIMA!

  Location, piscina, casa nel suo complesso!

  2 cose specifiche: le posate erano quelle utilizzate dai bambini (a parte i coltelli) e la rete wifi pessima. Come già lamentato con loro praticamente ci siamo ritrovati con una linea a 5Mb durante tutto il soggiorno e avevamo specificamente detto all'host che era un viaggio di lavoro. Loro stessi mettono in copertina Smart Working ma non si può lavorare con quella connessione instabile. Per lo più la rete wifi nell'alloggio è una e loro mi hanno fatto connettere ad un altra (che non corrisponde alle specifiche sotto al modem). Quindi dove e chi mi stavo collegando? Inoltre ho chiesto un rimborso per il problema avuto (visto che avevamo call importanti durante la settimana) e hanno voluto rimborsarmi solo 60€ su 1000€ di prenotazione. Non è un comportamento corretto dopo avervi gentilmente chiesto una mano (visto che anche la rete cellulari prende così e così non essendo in città) vista la situazione!

  Below average

  The location was good and the house was in a beautiful complex.

  No internet at all, the host did not solve our issue and since we were traveling while working, this was a huge problem (mobile reception was also poor). The beds were not comfortable and the water was not warm for long and it was running dirty. There was not an option for drinkable water. Also, privacy was not ideal and there were a lot of insects.

  Het appartement met haar voorzieningen, , de staat, de ligging. Parkeergarage, zeker handig ivm hagel.

  Waterdruk viel af en toe weg naar werden door host goed geïnformeerd.
