Alice and her whole family was absolutely lovely. So kind and very helpful. Thank you! The apartment has everything you need! And a stunning courtyard. There's a laundry a short walk away, and free parking. What a beautiful place in a gorgeous town.

Great stay in town center in of Pienza
The location is great, and the apartment is an an old renovated building with lots of character and charm. It was super clean and the host Alice and her husband Simon were wonderful! It also came with a parking space just outside of town, which was super convenient. Would definitely stay there again if I go back to Pienza!
The a/c was not working at the time, so it was ideal sleeping conditions for me. It was also a bit noisy in the evenings, but that was to be expected being in the town center. The noise usually died down by 11pm or so.

Comfortable, clean, attended to fine details for living
Excellent location, very clean, nicely and newly renovated house with well equipped kitchen and bathroom (strong enough water from shower making shower bath enjoyable👍), very helpful house owner. Master bedroom with good air conditioning. Parking is convenient, next to supermarket, a few min walk only.
We visit Pienza in mid September when temperature goes to 30-33 degrees in the afternoon. Better to have an electric fan at dining floor as well.
